The accreditation request can be send as a Microsoft Office Word Documenent directly to the e-mail tanja@budva.travel or you can submit this on-line form..

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree with the terms and conditions

1. Along with the request send the photo which is 3,5cmX4,5cm format (the typical passport photo). The background has to be in light blue or white color.

2. The time limit for submitting the details is 26th of May 2010. All the requests for the accreditation that arrived after this date will be rejected. All media networks which requests are approved will be notified at latest on 29th of May 2010. All Media Networks which accreditations are be approved will have to fulfill the following:

• TV Networks:
• Each TV station can apply for 3 (three) accreditations max.
• All finished material recorded at this Festival has to be send to us in DVD format at latest until 18.06.2010.
• Radio Stations:
• Each Radio station can apply for 2 (two) accreditation max.
• The original material has to be submitted to us at latest until 18.06.2010. Beforehand the signed plan has to be send to the fax number 00382 33 452 123
• Print Media:
• Each Print media can apply for 2 (two) accreditations max.
• On-line Media:
• Each On-line media can apply for 1(one) accreditation max.
• On-line links referring to the festival published on these sites has to be send to e-mail address press.koncert@yahoo.com

4. The Accreditations won’t be issued if all of the conditions aren’t fulfilled.

5. All Media Houses which are notified that their accreditations are approved have to submit all needed information. Please bear in mind that the number of accreditations is limited so in the case that there are too many requests, our long term media partners will be given the priority.

6. These accreditations will be issued in the name of the media employee that submitted his/her details and it can’t be used by any other person from that company. If by any chance this employee can’t broadcast from this festival we can issue the accreditation for another employee from the same company. But this request has to be confirmed with the original document of this media house along with the original stamp and the signature of the Chief Editor. This document has to contain the name and surname of the new employee and the personal info of the previous employee.

7. While the Festival lasts these accreditations have to be worn all the time.

8. Misuse of this accreditation will result in it’s confiscation.
